We are an independent service provider, and we maintain a strong working relationship with Zeiss. Being independent lets us respond quickly and work directly with you on repair, calibration, error mapping, and parts. We also service other CMM brands beyond Zeiss and Numerex, and we are ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 certified.

Yes. Out-of-warranty and discontinued Zeiss and Numerex machines are a large part of what we do. We carry a large parts inventory, including hard-to-find and obsolete components. Our team has the component-level knowledge to keep older systems running well past when standard support ends.

Yes. Alliance Metrology is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025:2017 accredited, most recently recertified with no findings. Every calibration comes with a certificate that meets standard audit requirements.

Yes. We go beyond basic calibration. Full error map adjustment corrects a machine's actual geometry across its full range of motion, not just a spot check against spec. Most independent shops cannot offer this. We can, and it is often the fix for a CMM that keeps drifting even after a standard calibration.

Calibration checks that your CMM is measuring within tolerance. A full preventive maintenance (PM) visit goes further. It includes cleaning, inspection, and corrective adjustments that catch problems like contamination or wear before they become bigger issues. Every calibration visit from us includes a full PM, so you get both in one trip.

In most cases, yes. We install and support CMM Manager, which brings modern, CAD-based inspection software to almost any CMM, regardless of brand or age. Features like Leap-Frog operation let you measure oversized parts in multiple setups. That adds real capability to a machine you already own, without a hardware upgrade.

Yes. We refurbish and sell used Zeiss and Numerex CMMs. Each one is fully calibrated, function tested, and backed by a warranty. It is a way to get factory-spec accuracy without the price tag of a new machine.
